Security Fence Update

Security Fence Project Completed

The construction of the school's security fence, which began in 2024, has now been successfully completed. The project included the installation of a strong perimeter fence together with high-quality security wire surrounding the entire school compound, providing a safe and secure learning environment for students, teachers, and school property.

This important infrastructure project was completed at an estimated cost of USD $30,000. The project was made possible through the generous financial support of Samuel's family, together with faithful friends from the local church and generous supporters from the Stockland community in Brisbane. Their kindness and commitment to the vision of improving education in South Sudan have played a significant role in bringing this project to completion.

The completion of the security fence marks a major milestone in the development of JOMA School. It provides increased protection for students and staff, safeguards classrooms and school resources, and creates a secure environment where children can learn with greater confidence and peace of mind. The fence also establishes a clear boundary around the school, helping to protect the property from trespassing, vandalism, and damage.
